As soon as I saw the title of your Hub, I thought Hot Pot. I am also familiar with Lancashire cheese but the Butter Pie and Chorley Cakes were previously unfamiliar to me (though I have heard of the town of Chorley). I always like to hear of new and interesting regional foods so I enjoyed the read and the learning experience. Thanks.
